Course Fees & Concessions | Enrol

Fees for short courses (12 weeks or less) should be paid in full at the time of enrolment.
Fees for long courses (12 weeks or more) can either be paid in full at enrolment or as 50% at enrolment and 50% by cheque dated for the following month.
Concessions – a reduction of £5 per course will apply to all courses of £70 or over for those students aged over 60. Further concessions are available on accredited courses to those in receipt of means tested benefits (evidence required).
Full Fee Remission – available on some funded courses for those students aged 16 – 18 (on 31st August of the current year) in full-time or part-time education (a voluntary contribution is usually required to cover the cost of materials/exam fees).
Courses – which attract fewer than the required minimum number of students may, at the discretion of the college, have the option of continuing on payment of a supplementary fee.
Confirmation - receipt of your completed enrolment form and payment will book your place on the course/s.

You will be contacted as soon as possible if a course is full or cancelled. In the case of cancellation this may be after the course has started.

Visiting in person: You can visit the Community Office at Sawston during the school holidays between 9am and 3pm, or at either site during term time when our normal opening hours will operate.
Post: Complete the enrolment form (pdf) and post it along with the correct payment (cheques should be made payable to The BE Partnership) to the Community Office at either Sawston Village College
